We were delighted to spend a day in November learning from marine artist Nick John Rees. Nick visited us in Solva and gave two demonstrations: one was seascape painting in acrylic and the other showed us how to draw boats and yachts in charcoal. Both demonstrations were greatly appreciated by all present - and were punctuated throughout with amusing anecdotes from Nick's experience as a profressional artist.
